Overnight Investment: A Way To Maximize Your Cash Management Program

Municipalities have thousands of dollars that are temporarily idle which are invested for short periods of time. Some municipalities invest their checking accounts overnight in order to insure that all possible idle cash is invested. The purpose of this thesis is to describe ways in which overnight investments can be maximized.
