High Point Waste Ordinance

This paper is intended to be of help to other cities who have pollution control plants with industrial waste problems and are planning to implement a sewer use ordinance. It is hoped that the data made available here will be of value in making comparisons of how other cities are doing and coming up with the right sewer use ordinance for their town.
