A study examining the relationship between hurricane exposure and neonatal outcomes in North Carolina using Hurricane Isabel from 2003. A variety of statistical methods were used, but the main analysis uses difference-in-differences. The geographic analysis uses Moran's I. Negative and null associations were found throughout all models, and there is a major change in clustering of neonatal outcomes pre- and post-Hurricane Isabel.
